Chalet "L'Ardoise"
Luxury 6 bedroom (15 sleeps) chalet with private indoor pool and sauna
Our project to renovate the former primary school of the village of "Les Deux Alpes" and transform it into a chalet started off in 2017. The original building was separated into two independent chalets each with extensions on the ground floor (e.g. garage, living room, pool & sauna) in order to create additional space and comfort for our guests.

Location
The chalet is located in the center of the ski resort at the bottom of the ski
slopes. All facilities (ski lift, ski school, tourist office restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc.) are in very close proximity, e.g.:

Living Room
The living room is open towards the dining area and kitchen.

The kitchen opens to the dining area with a large table that can be extended in order to provide place for up to 16 persons.

Plan - Ground Floor
The entry room on the ground floor provides access to the storage room for skis/equipment and garage, the open plan kitchen/dining area, as well as living room. The laundry room can be accessed from the dining area. Conveniently, the main corridor leads to the heated indoor pool/sauna, the large Bedroom 1, and the stairs up to the bedrooms on the first floor.
Bedroom 1 & 2 (parental suite) have a double bed 180x200 (or two single beds 90x200 cm) and a bunk bed 90x190 cm, respectively, as well as a shared en-suite bathroom including bathtub/shower and WC. Bedroom 1 is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi.
Plan - 1st Floor
The first floor has four bedrooms (Bedrooms 3 - 6) with double beds 160x200 cm each with its own private bathroom including sink/shower and WC. Every bedroom is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi.
Plan - Mezzanine
The bedrooms 3 and 4 on the first floor each have a mezzanine (indicated in red below) providing two additional sleeps 90x200 cm.
Bedroom 1 & 2
Parental suite with 1 double bed (180x200 cm) or 2 single beds (90x200 cm), and a bunk bed (90x200 cm), as well as a shared ensuite bathroom including double sink/bathtub/shower and WC. Bedroom 1 is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi.
Bedroom 3
Bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200 cm), en-suite bathroom (sink/shower) and WC, TV, Wi-Fi, plus mezzanine with 2 single beds (90x200 cm).
